The premium room was spacious and well-decorated, and the staff were great throughout our visit. I especially loved the breakfast spread, with freshly baked pastries and hot options that got our day started perfectly.
the shower had inconsistent water pressure.

Had a very very good stay during our xmas. The room with a kingsize bed. The location was brilliant and handy, not too far from a Central park. Further, it was next to train station and Chelmsford. The service was very efficient, that made the hotel newly decorated place.

Exceptionally clean, FANTASTIC LITTLE hotel, excellent value. Ideal location, just walking distance from everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a supermarket across the street.

good service but room could use updates
The staff was great with their attentive service. The young waiter was particularly excellent.
The room felt a bit dated compared to modern standards.

All the staff were very friendly and co-operative. Firm mattresses with a selection of pillow types. The lunch was excellent and the service attentive. The bar had a comfortable atmosphere even though it was late, after midnight, and the barman was extremely professional. Car parking was sufficient for the quantity of residents. Breakfast was of a high standard with the cooked portion being freshly cooked rather like a farmhouse B&B than a large chain hotel hot buffet. The ingredients of the cooked breakfast were of high quality.
